Last night, EmRata attended an event celebrating H&M’s collaboration with Hôtel Hennes NYC wearing the H&M Ribbed One-Shoulder Dress ($13), but she decided to wear it as a halter instead of as a one-shoulder dress like it’s shown on the model.
