Leak in bathroom above this. Plumber plus who else do I need?
My tenants referred to as this morning about an enormous leak within the ceiling above their bed room. It’s leaked all onto the carpet which is now soaking moist.
A rest room had been operating all evening. The toilet is dry.
The plumber is popping out quickly.
Past this, by way of work, whom do I name to repair all this??
When it comes to my tenants, do I pay to place them up in a resort or Airbnb whereas work will get carried out? It is a household of 5.
Please assist that is my first tenant expertise and feeling a bit overwhelmed.
