Jenelle Evans has never quite gotten along with her mother, Barbara Evans.
Now, Jenelle has bad blood with pretty much every person in her life, but the Babs beef is a little surprising, considering that the elder Evans has been raising Jenelle’s eldest son, Jace, since he was a baby.
Last week, the never-ending mother-daughter feud made headlines again, thanks to a story in which Barbara was overheard warning Teen Mom Young and Pregnant stars not to wind up like Jenelle.
Obviously, that’s great advice, but predictably, Jenelle wasn’t happy about it.
In Instagram and TikTok posts on the subject, Jenelle reproduced comments about the situation that allegedly came from her fans.
“Your mom was talking sh-t about you,” read one such comment.
“Did you see what your mom said about you?” another fan supposedly asked.
“And I just keep my mouth shut. I have been the happiest I’ve ever been in my life,” Jenelle replied.
“It sucks when none of your accomplishments aren’t acknowledged…especially by your own mom. #ToxicParents.”
Clearly, Jenelle is getting into Farrah territory here with the word salad, but we think what she meant to say was that her mother is toxic and refuses to acknowledge her accomplishments.
We assume the accomplishment she’s referring to is the OnlyFans content she’s created with husband David Eason.
There’s certainly nothing wrong with sex work, but since Jenelle was mocking OnlyFans creators just a few months ago, surely she understands that it’s not the kind of career that parents generally boast about on Facebook.
According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Jenelle wrote in her TikTok comments that she has “a pending case at the moment” against Babs — so we might soon see these two back in court!
Anyway, speaking of Farrah, it should be noted that Barbara was an equal opportunity sh-t-talker:
She also warned the Young and Pregnant stars not to wind up like Farrah, who is the other main cast member to get fired from the franchise.
“Make sure– listen to me, I’m gonna give you advice– do not get sucked into this fame and do not, no seriously, do not blow your money,” Barbara could be heard saying in video of the conversation.
“Do not get sucked into fame, because it will ruin your life. That’s what happened to Farrah; she’s a f–king mess,” the elder Evans continued.
“Even Jenelle, she spent so much money buying cars, boats, everything for her boyfriends, what are you f–king NUTS? Ya know, taking trips,” Babs continued.
By way of contrast, Barbara noted that she’s doing fine these days, as she “like, took my money and invested it.”
But hey, at least after all those years of unemployment, Jenelle once again has income coming in thanks to her OnlyFans work.
It’s much tamer than the stuff you’ll find on her subscription site (we assume), but Evans was back to work over the weekend, posting racy poolside pics and videos.
“Bathing suit matches my pool,” she wrote in reference to the suit she’s wearing above.
As usual, the negative comments started rolling in faster than Jenelle could delete them.
“What a horrible dancer,” one user wrote.
“I’m glad her dancing looks like she’s a toddler attempting to not s–t herself,” another chimed in.
“This fits her like a million times better than most of her suits. If she hadn’t shoved it up the butt it would t be top 5 suits she’s worn this year,” a third wrote.
“It’s not even her body in the suit it’s the suit itself being a hideous design. Walmart swimsuits are cuter than whatever this seatbelt bs is,” a fourth observed.
You get the idea.
Clearly, Barbara’s not the only one who thinks Jenelle has been making some questionable decisions lately!
