The Killers‘ current North American tour has been full of highlights. So far, they’ve brought up their opener, Johnny Marr, for a few songs during their set. Last night at their show at Los Angeles’ Banc of California Stadium, the band had another trick up their sleeve. During the encore, the Killers were joined by none other than Lindsey Buckingham. The on-again/off-again Fleetwood Mac played on “Caution” from the band’s 2020 album Imploding The Mirage and for a cover of “Go Your Own Way.”
To close things out, Buckingham and Marr joined the Killers for “Mr. Brightside.”
As they’ve done throughout the tour, they also covered the Smiths, Marr’s old band, with the guitarist. Last night, they performed on “The Charming Man.” Previously, they’ve covered the Smiths’ “Stop Me if You Think You’ve Heard This One Before” and “There Is a Light That Never Goes Out.”
The next stops on the Killers’ tour are in the Phoenix area and Salt Lake City.
