What was your motivation?
When I turned 45 last year and realized that I didn’t want to go into my mid-late 40’s being out of shape.
How did you change your eating habits?
I cut out sweets, caffeine, and fried foods.
What did your workout routine consist of?
I do cardio for 30 minutes four times a week. I also do weight training four days a week.
How often did you work out?
Five days a week total.

My starting weight was 250 pounds, and my current weight is 185 pounds.

It took eight months.

I learned that I could maintain the weight loss even with a few setbacks. (i.e., mentally and physically.)
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Never view weight loss as a quick goal. Instead, make it a healthy and slow lifetime priority.
