President Donald Trump’s private lawyer Rudy Giuliani urged Michigan Republican activists on Wednesday to stress, even threaten, the GOP-controlled Legislature to “step up” and award the state’s 16 electoral votes to Trump regardless of Democrat Joe Biden’s 154,000-vote victory. Giuliani relied on fraud claims that stay unproven or have been repeatedly rejected by consultants.
“You’re the closing arbiter of how trustworthy or not your election is in your state,” Giuliani advised lawmakers. “And it’s your duty to face as much as that.
“All I can inform you is (if) we allow them to get away with this, I don’t know what occurs after this.”
Giuliani’s remarks had been briefly interrupted by what seemed to be the sound of a loud fart.
Jenna Ellis, authorized adviser to the president, was seen abruptly turning her head and giving Giuliani some unbelievable side-eye motion seconds after listening to the unmistakable sound.
A clip of the weird second shortly went viral, with web customers mocking Giuliani weeks after his embarrassing hair dye incident.
