That is my third try on the “Journey Bread” from the Josey Baker Bread e book. However, that is my first try to make it precisely as written. Beforehand, I swapped out the psyllium husk for different binders, however I by no means matched the absorbancy of psyllium, so it was overly moist, and the oats completely dissolved.
